RS555 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the RS555 platform at rs555.biz — including all casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, live casino tables and any other service offered — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the RS555 platform.

These terms constitute the complete and binding legal agreement between you (the player) and RS555 for all services provided through the rs555.biz website and any associated RS555 mobile applications. These terms apply regardless of how you access the RS555 platform — desktop browser, mobile browser, or the RS555 app on Android or iOS.

To open and maintain a valid RS555 account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. RS555 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, bet or receive any winnings on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise accessing RS555 from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of RS555 is lawful in your location.
• You must be registering for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of any third party, business entity or syndicate.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer or close relative of an RS555 employee, or employed by any software provider or game developer whose games are available on RS555.

RS555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Verification may include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of the payment method in use. Accounts for which satisfactory verification cannot be provided may be suspended and balances withheld pending further review.

By completing the RS555 registration process you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Each player is permitted to hold one RS555 account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same CNIC, the same payment method, or the same device — is a breach of these terms. RS555 will close all duplicate accounts, retain any bonuses used across those accounts, and may permanently ban the player from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your RS555 account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time verification codes with any other person under any circumstances. All RS555 transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). RS555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. RS555 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals — any fees charged by your payment provider are independent of RS555 and are not the platform's responsibility.

RS555 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to a different method may be subject to additional verification. RS555 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

RS555 may delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or where identity verification is incomplete. In such cases RS555 will notify the player within 5 business days and advise what information is required to proceed. RS555 is fully committed to processing legitimate player withdrawals promptly and fairly.

RS555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

The following general bonus rules apply to all RS555 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are clearly stated on each promotion page.

• RS555 monitors bonus usage and may void bonuses where irregular betting patterns are detected that are inconsistent with normal recreational play.

All bets placed on the RS555 platform — whether on casino games, sports events, crash games, virtual sports or any other product — are final once confirmed. RS555 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet except in specific circumstances outlined below.

For sports betting, RS555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or does not complete within 36 hours of its scheduled start time
• There is clear evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity affecting the event
• The bet was placed after the relevant market closed or after the relevant outcome had already been determined
• An obvious price error (palpable error) occurred in the RS555 odds — in this case RS555 will void the bet or offer the correct odds at its discretion

For casino and crash games, all game results are determined by certified RNG technology and are final. RS555 will only reconsider a game result in the event of a demonstrable software malfunction — in such cases the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player. Normal variance and game outcomes that a player disagrees with are not grounds for reconsideration.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all RS555 games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface before any bet is placed. RS555 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual players where unusual betting patterns are identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the RS555 platform. Any player found to be engaged in any of these activities will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited. RS555 reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, exploit game mechanics or interact with the RS555 platform in any automated manner
• Collusion between two or more players in any RS555 game — including poker, live casino tables or any other multiplayer format — for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage over other players or RS555
• Bonus abuse in any form, including opening multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or pattern betting designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Money laundering — depositing funds at RS555 for the purpose of transferring or withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity is strictly prohibited. RS555 complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering obligations
• Providing false registration information, including a false identity, a false date of birth, or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent
• Exploiting software errors or glitches — if a player identifies and exploits a bug in RS555 game software that produces outcomes inconsistent with the game's normal function, any winnings derived from that exploit will be voided
• Accessing RS555 from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited under local law and misrepresenting your location to circumvent RS555 geographic restrictions

RS555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Detection of prohibited activities as described in Section 7
• A court order, regulatory direction or other legal obligation requiring RS555 to restrict or close the account

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms by the player, RS555 reserves the right to withhold the account balance. Where an account is closed at the initiative of RS555 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players may also voluntarily close their RS555 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at support@rs555.biz. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days and any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

RS555 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The platform provides the following self-protection tools to every registered player, all of which can be activated at any time through account settings or by contacting RS555 support:

RS555 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure at all times. RS555 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to resolve any technical issues promptly, but scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RS555 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the RS555 platform
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from platform downtime, technical failures or game software errors beyond RS555's reasonable control
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your RS555 account credentials
• Any betting or gaming losses, which are the normal and expected outcome of participation in gambling activities and for which RS555 bears no liability

Nothing in these terms limits RS555's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by RS555's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

RS555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, RS555 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the RS555 platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the RS555 platform and contact support to arrange the return of any real-money balance in your account.

All RS555 disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction or event in question. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. RS555 management will review all disputes and provide a final written decision within 10 business days of receiving all required information. The decision of RS555 management on all disputes is final and binding. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws applicable to the RS555 operating entity and the jurisdiction in which it is licensed to operate.
